About the job

Design, develop and implementation of new and existing systems within R&D. Also supports the automation of Tasks and processes. Perform day to day operations including maintenance, deployment, and troubleshooting of systems and applications supported by R&D.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Use scripting or programming tools to automate tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Document and execute changes on Production and non-Production environments, including (but not limited to) configuration and code updates.
• Collaborate with other R&D teams/departments to ensure R&D tools get customized to their needs.
• Coordinate with other R&D teams/departments to ensure that the system, and application technologies are compatible with Clario products and services.
• Works as a technical resource for R&D Projects. Provide technical guidance, oversight, and status updates.
• Follow industry Best Practice and Guidelines to ensure that system design and configurations are optimal. Minimize risks to system availability and security.
• Report all potential risks, operational failures, time constraint problems and extraordinary events that could impact internal or external customers.
• Ability to read and understand documentation in English language.
• Performs tasks in accordance with R&D and Corporate Standard Operating Procedures.

Other Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to travel (including international) to other locations.

EducationQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

• Apprenticeship IT or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• Experience and knowledge of scripting and/or programming language such as C#, JavaScript, Powershell etc.
• Knowledge of application & web system administration including troubleshooting, configuration, and tuning related to SDLC tools used.
• Strong interpersonal skills needed to effectively communicate with other teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to understand and adapt the current R&D tools environment. Stay current with technologies and industry trends.
