Role & responsibilities
As a Customer Support Analyst, you are the link between our customers and the product. You will:
- Work with clients across the Ecommerce Industry and analyse/understand customer concerns and translate them into the best possible Clickpost solution
- Respond to email and phone queries raised by the clients
Preferred candidate profile
ou are a proactive person with both commercial and analytical skills. You also:
- Consider yourself a good communicator. Your command over the English language is excellent (we cater to a global audience) and you are able to put down your thoughts really well
- Have prior experience in handling customer conversations through email, chat and call desk, and especially in a global context (We are working with customers from multiple geographies)
- Are flexible and self-structured with the ability to shift gears quickly and efficiently
- Are genuinely happy about helping people. Seriously, if we could only name one trait that defined success in this role, this would be it
