Coforge hiring For voice process For travel domain-Freshers–Work from anywhere
The travel consultant’s role is to manage bookings for customers who are planning their travel using the Airline portal & handle all travel-related queries including refunds & amendments via OB/IB calls, chats & back-office functions.
KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED:
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
• Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge not required
• Should be good in managing/handling customer queries and irate customers & providing faster resolution.
• Confident in handling multiple chats simultaneously.
• Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
• Open for a rotational shift in a 24X7 environment
• Should be able to work in live contact center environments with pre-schedule breaks.
• Should have a customer-centric mindset and be good on showing empathy in chat as well.
QUALIFICATION:
• Graduates/Under Grads in any stream
• Certification in Travel Applications/Domain (Optional)
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
• Basic knowledge on Google Suit (Docs, Sheetsetc.) and Keyboard Skills Excellent typing speed
KEY COMPETENCIES / KEY SKILLS:
- Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional)
- Team player and contribute towards Team goals
- Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Flexible to work with roster offs & shifts
- Taking Ownership & act responsibly with Organization’s guidelines
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Rotational shifts
• Ready to commute by self if company transport isn’t available to the residing zone.
• 24X7 working Environment, team member will get 2 offs (split offs)
• No Indian or UK holidays, only Week Offs & approved leaves
• Additional advantage if know Amadeus/GDS.
