
Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Responsible for: Evaluating, analysing, supporting and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Role Brief
The HRIS Analyst manages and resolves all Workday related cases and transactions to ensure workflows within the system are functioning as per requirement.
Core Responsibilities
Workday
- Complete understanding for the workday tool from a functional expert perspective
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Manage Tier 3 escalated cases, troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain HR Data on Workday including employee records, payroll, and time off
- Support executive leadership and all HR business areas, including HR, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting and training with reporting and business process improvements.
- Manage bulk employee data requests.
- Manage technical transactions such as pick list creation in workday, workflow creation/amendments, org structure, creating WBS in workday etc
- Perform HR data cleanup exercise.
- Initiating daily transactions on Workday such as Employee Data change, compensation and HRID creation.
- Resolving incidents of errors on Workday ERP systems.
Education and work experience requirements
- Graduate or MBA (preferably in HR)
- Workday certifications preferred.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in HRIS system analyst roles and technical knowledge of workday tool
- Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
Additional Required skills:
- Someone with good functional experience
- Who can handle Tier 3 workday related HRIS tickets, troubleshoot issues
- Someone who is good with workday and reporting
- Someone who can generate HRIS related reports from the workday and audit based on data
