They will report to the Senior Manager, People Shared Services.The ideal candidate will have expertise in several relevant areas of HR and be excited about jumping in, rolling up their sleeves, and adding immediate value to an integral team at a fast-growing tech company!What You’ll Do

  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire outreach, facilitating Workday hiring/exits, document delivery, and other related tasks such as right to work verifications and auditing.
  • Follow internal process documentation to update employee data in Workday
  • Manage ticket responses in our ticketing system (Jira)
  • Perform reconciliation and data audits as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related fields
  • One or more years of hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR administration and employee hire to retire process for an HR / People & Places Team.
  • Previous experience with Workday is a plus; previous experience supporting US employees is a plus
  • Candidate must possess strong customer focus and be detailed oriented with strong follow-through, while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues at high-volume.
  • Excellent written communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams in English.
