Triage Specialist

Overview

This role includes managing incoming cases and client queries.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

What you will do:

  • Manage organization ticketing queue and assign tickets as per established SLA guidelines.
  • Communicate to respective teams about High Priority Tickets or Urgent issues.
  • Handling Client calls on support Number and making sure they get help.
  • Follow standard operational procedures for case management.
  • Collaborate with other Support team members.
  • Some administrative work in support of the Support team
  • Willingness to work Evening/Night shifts (Rotational).

What you will bring:

  • Customer handling skill is desired.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills; must be detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
