Job Role: Customer Service Associate
Process: International Voice

Location: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, A Wing, 1st Floor, TRIL, Infinity IT Park, General A.K. Vaidya Marg, Dindoshi, Malad (East), Mumbai – 400097
Timing: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Candidate to Carry: Original Photo ID Proof (PAN / Aadhar), All education /employment documents, Updated CV.
Job Requirement:
- Any Graduate with a minimum of 12 months of experience and HSC with a minimum of 18 months of experience and a maximum 10 years of experience. BE/BTech with 1-3 years of voice experience preferably from the contact center industry can apply.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- Must have all educational & employment documents.
- The mode of salary credit should have been from the bank for all the previous employments( No cash in hand).
