Elevate is recruiting an Associate to be a part of the CLM Insights team. As an Associate, you will be a part of the Shared Services Team for contract abstraction of low to high complexity contracts and assist in managing assignments and workflow (including the ability to suggest changes to workflow), understand platform strengths and limitations.Responsibilities & QualificationsSpecifically, the Associate will :
- Review huge volumes of contracts with the highest productivity and accuracy.
- Identify and assess the impact of the application of review guidelines on documents.
- Draft decision logs.
- Ensure adherence to Elevate’s standard operating procedures on projects contracting efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and knowledge sharing.
- Participating in task forces that strive to improve how Elevate services its clients and that enables our team to develop and grow.
Experience :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in mid to high complexity contract abstraction and review projects.
- Working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment, legal process outsourcing experience preferred.
- Should have the ability to use MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
Skills for Success :
- Have experience in providing substantive contracts support including reviewing, abstraction, and managing contracts to multinational companies.
- Have flexibility working on different projects from contract abstraction.
- Highly organized, excellent writer who is passionate about delivering high quality work.
- Proficient in relevant technology and have a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputed university.
