Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founders Office – Startup Operations (0-2 years). The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to startup operations, including project management, coordination of activities, data analysis, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Founders’ Right Hand:

  • Assist our founders in ensuring their time is spent on strategic areas
  • Take the lead on special projects, utilizing creativity to simplify the founders’ lives.

Operations Pro:

  • Keep things organized with general admin tasks to support daily operations.
  • Serve as the liaison between team members, clients, engineering, and sales to create a world class customer experience

Project Management and Delivery Co-Ordinator:

  • Handle the client delivery by managing scope of work, deliverables and timeline adherence
  • Interaction with the clients and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery

Marketing

  • Handle social media campaigns and increase brand visibility
  • Co-ordinate the required participation on events

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with documentation and record-keeping
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of startup operations and processes is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
