Responsibilities
- Achieve annual renewal, up-selling revenue targets, and preventing churn.
- Provide best-in-class onboarding for new business/enterprise customers in order to build a positive user experience.
- Assess customer requirements, solve problems, anticipate future needs.
- Establish trusted expert relationships with customers by conducting regular calls or follow-ups.

- Demonstrates a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Enthusiastic and creative in problem-solving.
- Flexible and adaptable – this is a relatively new role and will develop.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong levels of written and spoken English.
