The SkillGigs Nurse sourcing specialist, cultivates exclusive and preferred healthcare facility client relationships, and consults on workforce solutions and processes. By partnering with SkillGigs, as a Nurse Sourcing Specialist, your impact is integral to reshape the landscape of travel nurse recruitment.
Core Responsibilities:
• Bid Management Excellence: Responsible to send out a minimum of 200 bids daily to qualified candidates in the travel nurse industry.(The bid is nothing but a precise job description for the travel nurse requisition.)
• Responsible for Talent assessment, i.e. to evaluate skills, qualifications, and preferences of potential candidates to determine their suitability for specific travel nurse positions.
• Familiar with advance search features, i.e. Utilizing the advanced search features of the SkillGigs platform, candidate will strategically match client job requirements with the skillsets and preferences of potential candidates.
• Acceptance Rate Optimization: One should proactively work towards maintaining a bid acceptance rate of at least 3% (Overall-Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)
• Timely Talent Follow-Ups: Following the bidding process on assigned Gigs. One should Keep a constant touch with thenurses by messaging.
• Maximizing the bids: proactively work towards maximizing bid acceptance rates by understanding the unique needs and motivations of both clients and candidates, ensuring alignment.

• Staying Updated: Staying informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities is essential to making informed decisions related to bid strategy and candidate selection.
• Computer Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel/Word for margin calculations. Acquaintance with fundamental computer operations is essential.
• Candidate should have their own system and stable wifi connectivity, along with a dedicated work space.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• Eligibility: Any Graduate
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in any
• BPO/Edtech/Chat/Sales process.
• Freshers can also apply (Graduate)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
• It is good to have experience in the BPO, Chat, Blended, Sales,International, Domestic and collection processes.
• Also, engineering graduates with good written and verbalcommunications are applicable for this role.
SHIFT
• Night Shift- 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Weekends Off)
