About the job

Responsibilities:

Design & implement CRM strategies to improve customer journey and experience, drive traffic, stimulate repeat purchases & cross-sell in collaboration with design & product teams
Execute the promotional calendar in line with marketing objectives
Carry out CRM communications; sms, push notifications, WhatsApp Push & email marketing campaigns throughout the entire customer life cycle using marketing automation tools.
Map, optimize and increase customer retention and lifetime value
Define & gather data to analyze campaign performance & report findings
Present campaign results to internal and external audiences & identify areas of improvement
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, creativity and follow up with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills as well as good coordination & follow up
