Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant at Flexi Analyst. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the operations of the company. This may include data entry, client communication, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. The Assistant will also be responsible for supporting the team with ad-hoc requests and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in administrative support or related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
