Acting as the face of Fresh Prints, you’ll play a key role in defining the experience our customers receive, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities:
Key Impact Areas:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutions for customer concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, treating every interaction with care and professionalism.
- Field inbound customer calls, texts, and chats daily.
- Communicate with clients, answer their questions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Update customer records with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and improve the overall customer experience.

Essential Requirements
- 1–5 years of previous customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with help desk software (e.g., FreshDesk, ZenDesk).
- Experience handling both phone-based and chat-based customer service inquiries.
- Neutral accent with excellent spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during EST
- Comfortable working night shifts.

Compensation and Employment Details:
- Salary: $700 per month, $80 per month night shift allowance
- Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday (slightly flexible)
