Genpact Inviting applications for Customer service: Voice roles (English) || Hyderabad / Gurgaon
Work Location: Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and customer concerns
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for the end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible for exhibiting the capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Qualifications for this Job
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
- Freshers are eligible
- Candidates upto 2-year experience in voice process are eligible
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective probing skills and analyzing /understanding skills
- Excellent proficiency in written English and with a neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
