Job Description:
– Deliver quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and efforts across hiring projects.
– End to end Individual contributor role with expertise in direct sourcing and excellent account management skills.
– Partner with internal customers and business leaders to understand their unique hiring needs and build solutions accordingly.
– Identify critical talent needs, high priority positions and deliver results using various recruiting tools and avenues through which qualified candidates are sourced in a timely manner with a cost-effective approach.
-Proactively recruit through the creation of external and internal pipelines that may arise from a variety of groups and resources.
-Deliver quality results in a timely manner, individually, and through others.
-Create, steer, and evolve talent acquisition strategy that anticipates business needs, grows in scale, and efficiency, and ensures applicant representation.
