Job Title: Fitness Consultant – Sales
ยท Prospecting clients for the premium plans of HealthifyMe
ยท Handling new client acquisitions and converting free users to Premium users.
ยท Setting sales goals and developing Strategies.
ยท Understanding the sales process through Job Training
ยท Negotiating with Users to arrive at the best deal for both the client and the organization both.
ยทMeet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
ยท Position our company as the category and industry leader
ยท Improve our time spent winning and closing sales.
ยท Understand customer needs and requirements and therefore be able to pitch the apt plan for the client.
ยท Ability to prime leads and follow up for further development and closure.
ยท Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets.
ยท Be a team player and build good relationships with clients.
Requirements
ยท Languages: Candidate to be fluent in English and one or more lingual language
ยท (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali)
ยท A health and fitness enthusiast
ยท Must have knowledge about *Weight Loss and Work out progression
ยท Experience in Sales to handle people with a medical condition or special population
ยท Excellent Communication Skills
ยท Preferably a certified Fitness Trainer
ยท Hands-on experience in the sales cycle
ยท Building a positive client engagement
ยท Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
