What you will be working on:

Customer Expansion Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and optimize customer expansion campaigns to increase product adoption and customer lifetime value.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Customer Referrals:

• Develop and manage customer referral programs to drive new customer acquisition.
• Create engaging referral campaigns to motivate customer participation. Track and report on the success of referral programs.

Customer Reviews:

• Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews across various review platforms.
• Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze review data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics related to customer marketing activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
• Utilize analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
