- Create comprehensive talent sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging internal and external resources to hire the best talent in the market for different roles like customer support, sales, etc.
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance
- Support employee transactions and changes
- Help with other employee-related initiatives like employee engagement, documentation, HR operations work, etc.
