Job Description:
- Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
- Obtains client information by connecting with them through telephone calls, Verifies information.
- Basis the collected/verified information; update the client’s profile to meet the desired profile score.
- Educating clients about the benefits to his business; answering questions; Clearing doubts.
- Disposing of the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Keeping the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
- Identifying real-time challenges related to Technology/Processeses and escalating it to higher management to get them fixed.
- Following up with the sellers based on the request made by them over the calls.
- Achieving the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
- Work for 3-4 hours a day and to achieve target number of Daily connect/content collection.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
- Other duties as assigned.
Primary Requirements:
- Work from Monday through Saturday
- 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)
- Must have a good working environment at home with dedicated private area to work and Table/Chair
- Must have computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity.
