Profile: Recruiter Specialist

Salary: 2-3.5 Lacs P.A.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Complete recruitment life cycle management for all Hiring.
  2. Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR.
  3. Mapping applicants to the position based on hiring guidelines laid down with a due focus on quality.
  4. Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skill set/behavioral competence and can be aligned with the organization’s culture via an HR round of interviews.
  5. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn)
  6. Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow-up with hiring partners and candidates to ensure TAT.
  7. Proactively create a talent pipeline for mass roles/critical roles.
  8. Managing effective and smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with the onboarding team as per the defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better engagement and stability.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA – HR
  • Minimum 6 Months Experience in hardcore recruitment (into Non-IT Hiring, Bulk Hiring, or Volume Hiring)
  • Result-oriented approach towards managing work assignments with a strong bias for action.
  • Strong Negotiation ability with a flair for selling an opportunity to a prospective candidate.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a Team Member
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Prior experience in hiring for sales/operations / calling profiles is mandatory.
