Key Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat on time
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized support
  • Adhere to established email and chat support procedures and guidelines

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience in email and chat support roles

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good understanding of customer service principles
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
