Job description
- Providing phone, e-mail support for travel related requests with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Counselling travellers on travel products/services
- Provide travel policy related clarifications
- Primary point of contact for relocation travel
- Provide navigational support on Adobe Travel tools.
- Work with suppliers to ensure employees receive Adobe negotiated rates.
- Support tax team on GST related inputs and documents.
- Responsible for responding to queries through mailbox and Service Now tickets.
- Additional responsibilities may include, customer service issue follow-up and resolution, visa and/or passport queries, voids, refunds, exchanges, and complex bookings.
- Working with visa team for employee support
- Provide best in class customer service and create the WOW experiences to internal customers.
- Deliver First Contact Resolution through anticipating customers needs and providing value added solutions
Travel Program Development – Take an active part in all travel program development strategies to continually improve and strengthen the travel program.
Preferred suppliers – Possess a clear understanding of Abode’s preferred supplier policy, using judgment and selling skills to promote suppliers wherever possible.
Attend training courses to keep up to date on product and system knowledge
Any other tasks as directed by the Travel Manager according to requirement and development of company initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Strong employee and program focus
- Significant experience in a similar corporate travel environment
- Strong communication skills – friendly, confident manner with all levels
- Extensive knowledge of travel booking processes using online tools
- Extensive travel knowledge
- Visa operations knowledge
- Presentable, flexible with a desire to succeed
