Role & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Intern at Joveo, your responsibilities will include:

● Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with Joveo.

● Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, making sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner.

● Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs.

● Work closely with the product and UI/UX team to develop improvements for our suite of products.

● Identify areas and implement strategies that will help customers receive the knowledge and support they require rapidly and proactively.

● Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes.

● Develop processes and relationships that increase retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates.

● Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement.

● Maintain and update data in customer success management software.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) or a recent graduate.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of software implementation concepts and methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to project management or implementation is a plus.
  • Availability to work full-time for a period of 6 months.
