Work Hours: 9 am – 5 pm US EST
Working Days: Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and attracting prospective clients
- Setting up meetings with the potential clients
- Engage and coordinate with the client throughout the process
- Can do research and build expertise in a specific niche (SAP, Oracle Cloud, Workday, etc. ) to provide the best solutions to clients to address their talent grievances.
- Consistently engage with clients until the successful delivery of the search
- Reach out to clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc to build and maintain relationships
- Work with the team to analyze the market and come up with new ways to attract new clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, willing to learn and upskill
