The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless financial operations of our staffing and recruiting firm. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in accounts management, financial reporting, and client billing within the dynamic world of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process Vendor invoices and ensure timely payments and generate corresponding bills and invoices in quickbooks
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Compile data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure accurate client billing based on contracts and agreements.
- Address consultant inquiries related to billing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
- Organize and file financial documents and records.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, HR, and operations, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, managing correspondence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in accounts operations or a related field is a plus.
