CTC: Up to 4.2 LPA (fixed) + Incentives

Responsibilities:
● Initiate calls to engage potential customers and create interest in our products.
● Effectively manage and update leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
● Maintain accurate records within our CRM and IVR systems.
● Prepare and share comprehensive reports with your manager.
● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
● Deliver basic work input daily.
Qualifications:
● Any Bachelor’s degree
● 1-3 years of sales experience, Tech Course Sales
Experience preferred:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
● Proficient in using communication platforms such as emails, calls, and WhatsApp.
● Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
● Self-motivated and result-oriented.
● Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and strategies.
