We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our products or services to other businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Host virtual tech competitions among colleges in India, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants.
– Generate interest and attract a sufficient number of registrants and participants for the virtual tech competition.
– Actively engage with potential colleges through various communication channels such as emails, calls, and WhatsApp to provide updates and address queries.
– Start performing the assigned duties within one week, demonstrating a quick grasp of the B2B college acquisition process.
Specific Duties:
– Conduct research on potential colleges and identify suitable colleges for the B2B college acquisition process.
– Develop and implement effective strategies to attract colleges and convince them to participate in the B2B college acquisition process.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to generate interest among colleges.
– Build and maintain relationships with college authorities and decision-makers to facilitate the acquisition process.
– Organize and conduct presentations and webinars to educate colleges about the benefits of participating in the B2B college acquisition process.
– Manage the registration process for participating colleges, providing necessary support and ensuring a smooth registration experience.
– Assist colleges in understanding the rules and requirements of the B2B college acquisition process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
– Maintain detailed records of all interactions with colleges and maintain an organized database of potential and acquired colleges.
– Monitor and evaluate the success of the B2B college acquisition process, making necessary adjustments to improve results.
– Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of the B2B college acquisition process, including coordinating logistics for events and competitions.
– Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the education sector to identify new opportunities for college acquisition.
– Provide regular reports and updates to the management team regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities related to the B2B college acquisition process.
– Continuously improve knowledge and skills through professional development activities, staying updated with best practices in college acquisition.
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with potential colleges and promote the B2B college acquisition process.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in B2B sales [ 1-5,] YRS preferably in the education sector.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
– Proficient in using communication platforms such as emails, calls, and WhatsApp.
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
– Self-motivated and result-oriented.
– Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and strategies.
