About the position
Calling all sales operations rockstars in Bangalore/Mumbai!
We are looking for our next Sales Operations Associate who wants to be at the forefront of driving sales success.
If you enjoy working with data analysis, geeking out with tools, are a champion of process optimization, and are a whiz at boosting sales efficiency, then this is the role for you.
You will be part of a collaborative environment; working closely with stakeholders across the organization (Sales, Finance, Analytics team, etc,.), and you’ll be one of the leading individuals in shaping this function as we continue to grow.

What you’ll do
- Supporting the commercial team with day-to-day revenue-generating operations
- Working with tool procurement, implementation, and looking after our tool stack (we use Salesforce, Salesloft, Planhat, Younium, and Linkedin Navigator)
- Working with reporting; creating dashboards, KPIs, and data quality processes
- Train the existing sales team and onboard new joiners
We’re excited if you have
- Experience in sales operations
- Experience working with Salesforce as an admin user
- Experience working with SaaS
- Project management skills
