Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of a South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) would be an added advantage. The role involves providing support through a blended process (phone calls, chat, and email).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for a better customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Knowledge of South Indian language is a plus)
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Previous customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools such as Freshdesk and Freshchat
