Job description

A Customer Service Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their queries. This role is mainly focused to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.

Job Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills

Flexible to work from Office & home

Flexible to work on rotational shifts with rotational offs

Minimum graduate degree holder

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Take the extra mile to engage customers
