Position Overview:
MaxFate Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales for our company’s products/services.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
– Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any issues or concerns via phone, email, or chat.
– Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers, striving to exceed their expectations.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or problems in a timely and efficient manner.
– Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
2. Sales:
– Identify potential sales opportunities when interacting with customers and upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
– Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
– Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
– Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into customers.
– Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives.
3. Product Knowledge:
– Continuously update knowledge about company products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
4. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with the customer support and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to improve products/services and processes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
– Previous experience in customer support and sales is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
– Highly organized with great attention to detail
– Must Have English and Hindi Language Experience
