Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with clients to comprehend their needs, provide support, and ensure their success in utilizing our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback, advocate for enhancements, and contribute to the evolution of our offerings.
- Proactively address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in onboarding and training processes, guiding them through product features and best practices to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively educate clients and help them extract maximum value.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication with a minimum C1 English level.
- Availability to overlap 4 hours with US working hours
- 2+ years of experience in customer success
