Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Interact with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
- Facilitate the candidate selection process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintained candidate databases and recorded recruitment activities accurately.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely placements.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improvement.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to enhance efficiency in recruitment.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our consultancy.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a target-based environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online sourcing tools.
