Customer Service Responsibilities
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Manage large amounts of incoming & Outbound phone calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- HS Passed
- Language (Any two must Know)- English – Marathi & Gujrati
- Fresher or Experience 06 month experience required in BPO industry.
System Configuration Required
i3 Prosser Windows 10 with WIFI 30 MBPS speed must
Salary – 13550 to 14000 in hand salary + 500 WIFI reimbursement
