Job description

Role & responsibilities

Needs to handle Queries and Complaints of the Customer very tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensuring end to end by taking complete ownership for the Customer.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English written and oral.
  • Good customer service skills and should display good analytical ability.
  • Any Graduate/Under Graduate can apply.
  • Prior experience in the BPO voice process shall be preferred and freshers can also apply.
  • Should be able to create work from home like environment at home.
  • Willing to work in 24/7 environment
  • Should have own Laptop/Desktop with Good Internet connectivity for working from home.
