- Working Days : Mon – Sat (1st & 3rd Sat will be Off). Work Timings : 9:30 am – 6:30 pm ( Work From home ). Qualification : MBA / PGDM
- Must have working knowledge on portals like Naukri.com,Indeed etc
- Must have min 6 months-1 year experience as a Recruiter
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment.
- Doing Industry Search and Industry mapping.
- Sourcing candidates using:
- Networking, Employee referrals & references
- Personal resume collection, internet job search
- Placing job advertisements on job sites
- Interviewing & pre-screening the candidates by Telephonic discussion.
- Sharing proper job descriptions with candidates over the phone as well as through mail.
- Negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining.
- Maintaining & building of resourceful resume data bank
- Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target
- Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
