Desired Skills and Experience:
- Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer service (e-commerce or automotive) experience is preferred.
- Manage day-to-day customer requests through a shared mailbox and member support across multiple channels (SMS, phone, emails).
- Ensure clients are satisfied with the services they purchased as well as the level of service they received.
- Answer client questions, assess product or service problems, and resolve issues in a variety of ways using best judgment.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s service offerings to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective method for gaining client feedback as to satisfaction and needs.
- Research, analyze, and suggest solutions to non-routine claim issues.
- Facilitate prompt complaint resolution through direct contact with brokers and upper management.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Excellent communication skills.
