What will I do?
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions.
• Manage enterprise accounts for monthly business
• Manage recruiters, and internal stakeholders to hit the numbers
– Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
– Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
• Involved in end to end selection procedure
• Preliminary screening of the candidates.
• Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
What skills should I have?
1. Must have excellent communication skills
2. Experience in key account management/ client handling in a consultancy company
3. Must have strong analytical skills
4. Experience in startup/ product company recruitment preferred
5. Eager and curious to Learn
