Role Overview

: As an Operations Intern at Amber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless processes for student accommodation bookings. You will assist in managing operations, coordinating between teams, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about operations, problem-solving, and process management

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students and understand their accommodation requirements
  • Guide students through the booking process and address their queries effectively
  • Work closely with our property partners to facilitate seamless transactions
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to drive conversions
  • Maintain and update lead data on CRM tools
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements

  • Currently in the final semester or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, with the program concluding before the joining date
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • ch.Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently
  • Prior sales, business development, or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
