The Quality Feedback Documentation Specialist (QFDS) will collect and manage feedback received from DAX clients to enhance provider satisfaction and experience. The QFDS will ensure strict adherence to process compliance and work with cross-functional departments.
Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting, compiling, and sorting provider feedback and inputting information into an organized data source in a timely manner
Generating reports for Operational Management
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and ensuring appropriate output of information
Regulate shared mailbox and assign appropriate Operational lead to act
Collaborate with Operations Managers and other DAX departments to coordinate appropriate solutions for feedback remediation and close the loop to ensure provider satisfaction
Qualifications
2 or more years of demonstrated success performing data collection, data entry and basic reporting in a professional business environment.
Required Experience
Professional communications skills including strong writing proficiency (grammar and spelling) with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a secure and private location with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite or other cloud-based productivity tools – Strong use of MS Excel for data entry/reporting
Proven data entry work experience and organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Experience with creating and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional departments and teams
An understanding of documentation quality and how to decipher information
Some familiarity with medical terminology and quality documentation
Desired Experience
Experience in a medical office, clinical, or healthcare documentation or similar academic setting
Previous experience as a medical scribe or transcriptionist
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record Systems (EPIC, Cerner, or AthenaHealth experience is highly preferred)
