Responsibilities
A) Customer Support
- Resolve user’s query about transactions, product, policies and features
- Train users on new features through chat dashboard
- Call users to ensure required SLAs are met on time
- Resolve tickets raised in system by pro-actively reaching out to required parties
B) User Experience
- Closely monitor user’s behavior & identify areas of improvement
- Identify user’s pain point and report such instances in team meetings
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Customer Support
