Job Description:

Join Oppo as an HR Executive in Noida. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to handle end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, assist in onboarding new employees, and manage various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

– Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
– Handle documentation and record-keeping for new joiners
– Maintain attendance records and calculate leave balances
– Assist in bonus, increment, gratuity, and performance appraisal processes
– Enroll employees for ESI & PF portals and ensure compliance
– Manage attendance management and payroll calculations
– Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with labor laws
– Prepare salary breakup and salary structure for new employees
– Utilize job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster for resume sourcing

Requirements:

– Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
– Familiarity with resume sourcing techniques
– Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Minimum academic qualification of Graduation (MBA in HR preferred)
