Position – Client Support Executive

Direct Report – Team Leader/s – Support

Work Location – Remotely

Client Support Executive Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or technical field
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in international client support
  • Candidate must have a personal Laptop/Desktop with high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Clear communication skills and a strong command of English
  • Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems to maintain client communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promptly attend to and resolve client’s concerns over chats, emails, and calls.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all our clients.
  • Stay up to date with all Products and Services offered by StockTake Online.
  • Perform manual tasks and sales import within the deadlines.
  • Deliver any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Should be willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business demand.
