Position – Client Support Executive
Direct Report – Team Leader/s – Support
Work Location – Remotely
Client Support Executive Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or technical field
- A minimum 2 years of experience in international client support
- Candidate must have a personal Laptop/Desktop with high-speed internet connectivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of English
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems to maintain client communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promptly attend to and resolve client’s concerns over chats, emails, and calls.
- Maintain professional relationships with all our clients.
- Stay up to date with all Products and Services offered by StockTake Online.
- Perform manual tasks and sales import within the deadlines.
- Deliver any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
- Should be willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business demand.
