About the job

What’s the role?

This job will be completely remote and on contract.

1. You’re in charge of providing top-notch email support for a big-name client in the entertainment & gaming space.

2. Curently you may be required to work part-time 30 to 40 hours per week

3. You get paid hourly – INR 250 -350 per hour (paid out monthly & only for the hours you work)

4. Training Availability: 40 hours per week (paid hours) NON-NEGOTIABLE

5. Work Availability: After the training concludes, your work hours will vary, but will not exceed 40 hours per week. The assignment of weekly hours is according to your performance during the training period as well as when you’re on duty. (If you explicitly request that this be a part-time role during the application stage, that will be taken into consideration too).

6. Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills in English (Verbal, but especially Written) + willingness to learn how to provide stellar email support on an email ticketing platform

7. Preferred Skills (not a mandatory requirement): Gaming Experience
