As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, brand marketing, and product marketing. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding strategies that enhance brand visibility and recognition
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence and engaging with the online community
  • Support the product marketing team in crafting compelling messaging and positioning for financial products
  • Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends
  • Contribute to the organization of promotional events and activities to promote the brand and its offerings
  • Execute Twitter spaces, Instagram live, Masterclasses
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, and product marketing
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Understanding of financial instruments and capital market will be preferred
  • Willingness to learn about capital market, financial instruments and market trends
  • 0-1 year of experience in marketing, branding, social media, or product marketing is desirable but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
