Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Software and Artificial Intelligence team to identify any issues / bugs and ensure our product releases go live with minimal defects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing testing of all current and future releases
  • Conducting and organising a range of test runs from user acceptance tests to Beta & A/B testing
  • Maintaining and assisting in creating thorough test documentation for current and future releases
  • Label content such as text, audio, images and video so it can be recognised by our software.
  • Support the AI Data & QA manager with any adhoc requests
  • Support the end-to-end test process (online reviewing or downloading videos)

Experience

  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to rapidly respond to an ever-changing environment and manage competing priorities while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical skills, particularly the ability to summarise different scenarios and identify potential issues
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team
