Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our outbound calling team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to our Students, gathering feedback on their experiences, and helping to enhance Student satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to Students in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Engage with Students to collect feedback on their experiences using our products/services.
  • Utilize established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent data collection and survey administration.
  • Record and document Student responses accurately and efficiently in our system.
  • Actively listen to Students, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively answer Student inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with changes or updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share Student insights and contribute to the improvement of our products/services based on feedback received.
  • Achieve and maintain performance targets and quality standards set by the organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or telemarketing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and data entry.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer responses and information.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English speaking, any other regional language is a plus
