We are against miss selling. Millions of people every year buy Insurance policies without understanding as they are usually told just a few things to sell the product. Many times these are lies or half-truths; as such commitments are rarely documented or recorded. Thus customers start hating insurance and its sellers hurting persistency and growth. This is no way to build a sustainable business. We believe everyone must fully understand what they are buying, and know both the positives and the negatives. They should know the options, and choose what is best for them and their needs. The true value of any insurance policy lies in the payment of a claim, and we will fight the corner of a customer very hard indeed, at the point of claim, and ensure he gets a fair deal from the insurance company. Finally we believe companies must make a profit too, else how can they continue to service customers. Thus we are against customer side fraud. We like customers to make truthful declarations, and not try to cheat the system. All in all, Insurance has a huge role in supporting families in distress, and we will make it viable for every participant, as we said, fairly, transparently, and sustainably.

Job description

We are hiring for a customer service profile which is going to be a work-from-home opportunity, and just 10% of it includes fieldwork as well for your location only nearby to you. Here as per the company’s requirement you might need to visit the nearby hospitals or customers (F2F interaction to resolve their insurance-related queries), such visits would be twice or thrice a month only, for which the travel allowances also would be paid by the company itself (Upto 200 Rupees per visit- if asked by the candidate). Apart from this it will be purely a customer service Inbound Voice process, you will be dealing over calls and emails majorly. Highest package could go upto 3.5LPA interview performance-based (and 4LPA for very excellent candidates).

  • Age- 18-30
  • Male candidates only
  • Graduates only (can consider HS pass outs only if the quality is excellent and is having a relevant 6 months or above experience in Customer Service)
  • Minimum of 6 months work experience required into customer service particularly
  • English and Hindi must be proficient.
  • 2 Wheeler along with a DL is a must
  • Laptop necessary with the following specs – (i3 processor or above, Windows 10 original licensed or above, 4GB RAM or above, 1 TB HDD internal or external)
  • Wifi Connection (min speed 10mbps)
  • 6 Days working with 1 roster off, Sundays would not be fixed.
  • Shift window- 8am-10pm (Any 8-9 hour shift in between of this time window will be provided post selection from the respective reporting manager.)
  • Important- Please note once the company installs our softwares in your laptop you won’t be able to use the system for personal purposes during the office timings, post that you may use it your way.
