Job Description – Profile (Customer Service WFH with 10% of Field part)
Age – 18-30 Years
Qualification – Graduate
Gender – Male candidates only!
Languages – English/Hindi/Regional Language of concerned location. English must be excellently well.
Work Experience – Minimum 6 months work experience required into Customer Service.
Assets – 2 Wheeler with a DL, personal Laptop is mandate (company will not provide laptop)
Required Laptop Configurations- i3 Processor or above, Windows 10 or above, 4GB RAM or above, 1 TB HDD (internal or external). WIFI broadband connection is mandate to have (Min speed 10mbps)
NOTE- Once the company installs it’s software’s in your laptop you will not be able to use it for your personal purpose even after working hours!
Salary Package – Highest could go upto 4.5LPA Interview performance and experience based.
Field Visits- Dealing over calls/emails majorly, but once the company requires the executive to visit nearby hospitals or customers in location hired for, so will have to make the visits, for which the Travel Allowances of Rupees 250 will be paid per visit apart from the fixed CTC that will be offered.
